Notice of Yoga Lessons  “Comfortably” is the most important!

  1. Please complete your meals more than 2 or 3 hours before lessons.

  2. Please drink enough water, and go to toilet at any time.

  3. Pleaseinform me in advance if you have aches, Injury or illness.

  4. Nude, underwearonly, wearing cloths, any style is OK. You can wear or take off your cloths in the middle. Please in your relaxing style. Instructor is done in the same style with students.

  5. Please do not push yourself. Tension will firmly body and mind.

    It ismost effective to keep natural breathing and "pain feels good".

Intoxication, Fever, any symptom of cold, Strait after having a lot of meals, Pregnancy, Serious athlete's foot or other skin problems, Infectious disease, Hepatitis, Heart problems, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Osteoporosis, Hypertension, Arteriosclerosis, any other vein problems, Cerebral infarction, Myocardial infarction, Cancer, Injury, Sprains, Bruises, Burns, Inflammation, Muscle strain, Hernia …etc.


My massage is for relaxation purpose only. It is different from the medical and therapeutic interventions by national qualifications such as acupuncture, chiropractic. If you fall under the list above, you can have massage by your own decision.
